This may be an odd question, but I normally try to pay in larger denominations of 50 or 100.

What are people’s views around this? Is it okay to do $100 in $20 bills, or is it a thing to only pay using $50 or $100 unless needing to do in $20 increments say $220.

I never really thought about it. I generally pay in $50 denominations as that's what I get from the ATM. Sometimes I just let them keep the extra change if I have seen that they are will reviewed and I know I will have a good time.

Ivw been curious as to what the girls do with the money if they travel here for three months on a visa I did wonder if they convert it into crypto to take it back or if they take in rolls of cash home. I had to pay a 360 service all in 20s recently as that's what I got given during a marketplace sale so just passed it on the girl just said money is money

Money is money, doesn't matter to me. I get the occasional apology from gents paying all in twenties but I genuinely don't mind, if anything it makes my earnings stack look bigger

My only cash advice is try to have the exact amount, whilst I try to have a couple of 10s for change that's not always the case.

Same here, I prefer to carry fewer bills as having all $20s increases the chances of losing a bill here or there. For eg $200 paid in 4 x $50 bills is easy. The only problem with red and purple denominated bills is you can't pay for say $220 or $180. So I always try for exact change having a $20 bill in the mix. or if you're doing B&S hunting like I often do, you negotiate down by saying that's all the case you brought.
