You sound pretty angry yourself. Could be as you say or maybe OP actually did have a disappointing time through no fault of his own.

All I have to say about the matter being the client after the fact and finding out what happened in that booking should not have happened in any booking as it’s forbidden and he should have been kicked out on the spot. This is a disgruntled pathetic man that didn’t get his own way which was not a nice way. This post is absolute rubbish, the end.

So a basically a SWer run place does the same lazy shit as other establishments that causes issues for their workers.
If the OPs gripe is true then fair call to him. The advert should be updated to better fit service offered by who ever writes it.
