I am collating points for agencies as well and the race is tight atm. So every points count!
Looking back at last year, it wasn't as good as the year before. I saw less people but it wasn't balanced for an increase in satisfaction or quality

However, if you want to ensure things don't feel clumsy/nobody feels left out, make sure you designate somebody as the director to be in charge of organising the participants into different arrangements, positions, etc.

Of course no one wants to be left out or wants anyone to be left out but hadn't had the thought of having a director. That's an interesting insight, appreciate that advice. Is that a role you specialize in?
