It is sad to hear about the working environment that the girls are operating in. I am glad to hear that your move to being an independent worker has been a positive.

If you regret not leaving earlier would you be able to give the girls some advice from someone who has experienced working on both sides of the industry?

To help them not have this potential regret later on in life. Happy ladies means that overall they will provide a better service to the lads? It sounds like a win win for everyone involved.

That's a shame, it can be hard to take a leap of faith when you are nervous and unsure. It may even be harder in this industry when there are so many unknown factors.

I might overstepping here as I am only punter and I have no clue about all the stuff you ladies have to deal with. Please put me in my place if I ever say something stupid or correct me when I am wrong.

Would you be able to show them the new environment that you work from and introduce them to some of the lovely ladies that you work with to try and help ease their nerves?

I have never heard any mention of that but I'll ask next time I visit but if he is paying without any heavy pressure tactics and it their choice I suppose why not though as a former employer I would never have entertained such a thing myself though those girls in theory are self employed hence not his responsibility at all.
 
There’s horrific stories of that man. I know women who toured with him when they were late teens, and there’s some absolutely foul behaviour. Intense racism, misogyny, abuse of power and illegal affiliations.

‘Without heavy pressure …’ Yeah right, he owns, and controls, the business these women work for, and thus could release them from their contract for services on a whim. Do you really feel any VR women he approaches for sex, irrespective of whether he’s paying or not, would feel they could decline with impunity?

I hope the rumour isn’t factual, but if it is, that kind of conduct is seriously unethical.

I agree entirely but you can see how in a court of law he could worm his way out of such accusations they not being employees but self employed. Note he a Trump loyalist and the Epsteiin files show what types of people Trump fraternises with. ONe would have to see what if any agreements are signed with regards to a contractor relationship as to whether a prosecution would succeed. Certainly it's not something he should be doing from a moral point of view as alot of these girls have nowhere else to go. They are there because they coud find no other jobs.

The first concern of any employer should be the welfare of his staff and if what Piper saysis correct that is not what has been happening here though I've not been with one woman there who has not been quite content with regards t oworking there whereas as EG it was a constant litany of complaints so maybe he is kept away from the girls.
