The biggest hurdle is your refractory period, and given your brief description, I'd be willing to bet that it is the 'problem'.
Here is a handy dandy, pretty short article that will give you the basic information:
The cliff notes version is:
- Male refractory is physiological (ie: you physically cannot get an erection or ejaculate) and psychological (ie: you are just not interested in sex for a period of time).
- Age can have an effect (ie the older you get the possibility of your refractory period increasing goes up ... anecdotally, it certainly has in my case, from somewhere between 15-30 mins in my 20s, to more like 90-120 mins now).
- Your physical condition can have an effect on it.
- There are things you could try to reduce it, but none of it is proven to work, or doable in a short amount of time without effort.
- The blue pill thing, probably not going to work. I use them, and don't notice any shortening of refractory effect, certainly helps with erectile response and firmness if stimulated (which is the entire purpose of it) but does not do anything for orgasm in my experience (8 years).
Sorry to be the bearer of potentially unhappy news that you might just have to accept it as a n a t u ra l limitation.
The advice above of make longer bookings is pretty good, providing your refractory period isn't too long (or you have a bottomless supply of money to make the booking as long as it needs to be if refractory is measured in hours not minutes in your case).
