Osaka Japan
For anyone travelling to Osaka and wanting a bit of sex, there are a few good red light districts (Shinchi) there: Tobita, Matsushima, Imazato. All of them have rows of shops with girls on display, not too different to Amsterdam from what I'm told. A lot of places won't take foreigners, but many do. I've had the best luck in Matsushima. My Japanese is a bit shit but I know enough to get service, and some girls take it as an opportunity to practice English so you can probably get service with zero Japanese at the right store. You're looking at around $200 for half an hour, so it is expensive, but not that bad. There's a couple of other areas in Osaka (Takii, Shindoyama) but I've never been so can't give any advice.
