While 2025 definitely saw an escalation, I find myself lacking 5 providers to name and so I refrained from posting as I also felt any contribution redundant.

Sometimes luck puts us on a path with a provider who just happens to tick all our boxes and the wise punt can then be to go all-in & call. I certainly have no regrets in having such a short list for last year, instead opting for variety of a different kind.

I think most girls just really want to take home all the money they earn and not work a shift if they don't want to.

Yes I think I also prefer independents because they don't have to give a cut to the house. Sometimes if I see a lady working both I will respond to her personal ad even if agency is cheaper.

It's shit to hear some of the stories about bad management. Or clients that the ladies have to deal with. I only get to see the sweet rosey side of the business as I personally haven't had too many bad experiences and most of my bookings have gone relatively smoothly

Haha oh god, I think the most excruciating part of all of this is literally the fact that 99% of punters don't read the ads we spend a lot of time and MONEY making & having up
The amount of energy it takes to send texts back to people that could have been avoided if they just READ the ad
I can see how WGs end up bitter & hating the job..
