Vaginoplasty is not exclusive to gender trans surgery...read up on it, there are many reasons for undergoing it that could apply to a SW of 30 years service.
This comes across as a double negative saying she is actually a trans. Was that the intent? Or did you mean. "No way, she's not....." the missing comma changes the whole meaning

Common enough type of surgery. Was in Seoul recently and there’s a clinic in Gangnam specializing in Vaginal surgery. Had billboards up etc. The older ladies use it to tighten up so inside matches the youthful appearance. Saw a Michael Jackson lookalike walking along the street with his overnight bag heading to another clinic. Appearance Surgery is very big business over there.

she is not my fav nor that I see her regularly I have seen her a few times and will see her probably here and there.. to be honest I see her when I lose a lot at the casino to cheer myself up haha.. she is good for the price I reckon..
