Use the NZG filter. Gives about two pages. Look out for those that say "size dependent" - it at least demonstrates they have their boundaries so to speak.
Some might also say it needs preparation; I'll leave you to work out why.

If you enquire be up front that you're a first timer. See what reply comes back. You'll get a feel for whether they genuinely offer or enjoy it.
