Not everyone subscribes to the current woke agenda around gender. I have no problem with Trans people myself, but still they probably should mention it in there ads if that's who they are - even if they are post op. It is going to be a big deal for a lot of punters. And the more astute ones will be able to tell. Personally I want to know if a working girl I am booking with is trans or not.
