You can get it from the tattoo shop on Dominan Road. It's called Leedfrost cream, which contains 10.56 Lidocaine. Apply a small amount to the head for about 30 minutes before going in. Once applied, make sure to cover your tool with a cling film so it does not wipe away while wearing your trousers or pants. Thank me later
