Thanks for the heads up on the Locanto profile ... have considered Athena based on NZG profile but something always seemed a bit ... off. Suspect the experience would likely be more Locanto than NZG so will not pursue anything

Her updates messages are always really weird, once it said “make me believe this industry is still worth it” or something always complaining, really weird for her to post that kind stuff, she’s obviously got issues

I've seen a couple of those when flicking through NZG profiles, but that one takes the cake.
I booked her in advance for an overnight at my hotel a few months back. She was communicating just fine, but at the time of arrival, she never showed up. we were messaging on WhatsApp so I could see she is reading my messages but no response. unfortunately, it was too late to book anyone else. so disappointing.

Annoying but you dodged a bullet!
I've never seen anything I'd describe as good on Locanto but that is right up there with the worst.
I had the same issue booked her went to the aprox locations then nothing just ghosted me
I gave her one more change a month later managed to see her
One of my top worst bookings
Nz girls photos look nothing like her
She clearly lives in the hotel room it’s a mess
Anyway mans not a quiter after her telling me the last guy she had was demanding a refund little did I know why until later
We managed to get into it for like 10m out of the hour I booked then she just stoped and starts complaining she has cramp and this condition and blah blah blah
Then just went silent no commutation
I waited 10m and she still said nothing and I asked are you able to go on with the booking she said probably not but she doesn’t offer refunds.
To be honest huge fuck around terrible booking doesn’t look a bit like her pics
I’d avoid at all costs

You were legally entitled to seek damages for breach of contract,
and she had a ethical duty to offer you a partial refund.
But, back in the real world, it just doesn’t work like that, does it?

The pic of her reading the hotel bible would have been enough of a red flag for me...WTF?
I had a very similar experience with her. She was all friendly and nice at the start of the booking, but she did give me some weird vibes. Should have walked at that point, but the little guy was rearing and ready. We got into it and not even halfway through the booking she went all off. Started complaining about not feeling well. I asked her if she would like to stop the booking? I didn’t want to be pushy or come across as disrespectful, so made it her decision. I got a bit of a refund for the remaining time and got the hell out of there. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. I would say stay well away, not worth the punt.
