Thanks for that @FullyShaved. Interesting to consider the different dynamics of Auckland and other centres. The majority of the independent touring (NZ resident) asian girls I've seen in motels here are based in Auckland and work out of houses there. A few don't seem to have a base - they just tour.... In Christchurch they mostly stay in motels, but occasionally they have an arrangement to stay in a house (but run their own contacts).
As you describe in Auckland, some of the houses here that run as an agency (i.e. you contact the boss), which is most of them, switch the girls around and some don't. I've never had any B&S at Stella House or Grahams road (which are at the high and low ends of the market respectively), but I haven't been to any other houses lately apart from seeing the occasional independent girl.
My suggestion for avoiding B&S with agency girls in houses is to develop a relationship with the bosses. Ask if you can say hello to the boss and ask them for their We Chat (Stella has her We Chat on her site, so you don't even need to ask). Then you can message them for recommendations in the future ("You seem to be advertising X and Y, who do you think would suit me?"). They want your repeat business, and they can see you are repeat customer from your chat history, so they are unlikely to mess you around. [If they do, you know not to waste any more time there.] Of course, the quality of the experience will still be variable, but at least you don't have that B&S stress.
Agency girls in motels are more problematical since the handler is likely to be remote. Personally, I'm inclined to ignore that part of the market as too unpredictable.
For independent girls with no reviews, there isn't much you can do to check apart from politely querying how accurate the pictures are. Sometimes you may be able to add them as We Chat (or some other app) friends if the phone number is linked to an account and that may not only give you a few more clues, but demonstrate that you are serious. [If you've spent a bit of time with independent girls, you'll no doubt have heard complaints about time wasters.]
