Bit of hassle at Johnsonville

Heads up was visiting Bould St address which seems to one of current locations used by touring Asian SW.
When walking up to house had weird interaction from Maori/PI lady sitting outside 2 doors down in front driveway. At closest say about 10 metres but with 2 waist high wire fences between us. Was visiting in early afternoon and she called out saying are you the guy I saw yesterday - replied I wasn't and then just continued to walk towards where was going, ignoring her as was obviously she was either out of it or has mental health issues. She continued to yell out stuff about that she grew up here (??), and you're seeing the Chinese lady and then other nonsense I didn't catch.
Didn't worry me particularly as lived a few different paces round world where weird interactions with strange people isn't unknown and the woman wasn't making moves to come towards me plus unconcerned if i'm seen visiting the place. She didn't seem dangerous just weird.
Understand it could worry other visitors especially if other people are about as would make it obvious purpose of visit to street. Guessing she maybe trying to drive customers away from her competition or just she's just loco.
If wanted to avoid as much a possible would park at top end of street (southern) so don't have to walk in front of her house to get where your going.
