only other ones that immediately springs to mind based on your criterior would be Femme Fatale or Pelican Club.

Anything else that I can think of that are open at those hours are asian places with asain girls.
But maybe someone else can weigh in with suggesstions.

Getting more and more difficult to find decent non-asian girls after midnight these days, not entirely uncommon for Asian places to have a white girl or two around but very hit and miss.

XTC mentioned above has been a poor experience the times I've tried it, basic service might be ok and might get better if you have a bag of something on you (maybe I should give that a go at some point) but wouldn't go there expecting a good GFE.

The major places like Femmes, Pelican, etc have historically been hit and miss on quality but the prices have really ramped up since COVID to he $400 ballpark and that's excluding anything more than the most basic of services so I can't say I've been back recently.

"Lady of the night" doesn't seem to hold true anymore but there sure seem to be plenty of trannys giving you the ugly stare as you drive down K Road at night.
