I don't think funded PrEP and Doxy is available to non residents. This doesn't mean that Asian girls aren't on those medicines as they could be on a prescription from their home country.

I disagree. As someone who has been a sugar daddy, really sugaring sits somewhere between dating and escorting. The PRA was written before sugaring even became a thing. I wouldn't classify sugaring as "commercial" as providers are usually very selective about who they see, much more so than escorts.

I agree with you it's wishful thinking, not because they are asian but more the nature of it being on the down low and limited access / secrecry associated with that.

There are two different things being discussed.
WR is saying that it is "wishful thinking" that Asian SWs are on PrEP/Doxy. Being prescribed that from their home country is a totally different issue to potentially feeling uncomfortable about reaching out for testing while in NZ. It's not uncommon for J girls to be on both.
