Update seen her yesterday for what was the best SM I have received, she is a tall beauty with an absolutely stunning figure. Communication is amazing. You can tell that she really has a goal to please her client, likes to know what you like and dont. Amazing eye contact and a sweet personality to chat too. Will definitely be booking her full service next time.

So arithmetic is not your forte? The SM extras listed total $320 plus 1 hr GFE @ $370 would equal $690. However, she does offer a SM package - presume 1 hr - for $320, thus discounting the extra bundle to $90.

Her copy is clearly lifted from her SC ad as ‘The Apartment’ operate as a SOOB in terms of the PRA 2003, which means they cannot have a receptionist (the law requires all the bookings and financials are direct with the provider.)
 
I must interject at this point. Apartment girls or “the apartment” have always provided an excellent service when i visit. I am a frequent flyer! (a regular)

I proritise my preferred ladies at different locations throughout the city (i visit them all) I have been a client for many years. I have had the odd chat with the apartment establishment's owner, who is a pretty respectable guy. Brief chats on future plans for the new place. I do know that he has a brothel license and conducts operations in a professional manner within the legal boundaries. Interesting that the Auckland ‘The Apartment’ owner is male as their marketing emphasises the ‘run by women’ aspect. Also interesting that he has a brothel licence as, again, ‘The Apartment’ stresses in their promotional material that they are not a brothel - they are putatively operating as a SOOB, which is a legal fiction, in terms of the ordinary meaning of the language of the PRA.
 
Yeah mate, know what a soob is, single owner and all that and the PRA that hasn't been updated since 2003 😂 my friends working at NZPC fill me in a lot! I've been around the tracks I'm in my late 50s mate. I am aware that his wife is large and in charge, so yeah, accurate mate, she's the boss type 😂 that being female owned and operated etc., which yeah accurate. I would say that they sorted licensing because they are expanding with the new place and just those kind of people that do things right. The whole brothel being right no walk ins which is great, and they are mostly independent ladies. If you're worried about their marketing message them but who's got that time on their hands. What they have is a whole new caliber by the looks and go them. Look mate, good on them, I say. They're looking after the ladies 💪. Shall we return to discussing Catie? And details not your forte - I didn’t list cum on breasts which was the other $30 - perhaps you were too caught up in being critical to look at detail 🤡
Additionally it wasn’t clear whether the extras were just SM extras as those listed mightn’t be included with a standard GFE by some providers these days.
 
Saw her when she was under a different name at DH a while back. She wasn’t particularly pleasant to be around and she wasn’t at DH long as I recall…that’s all I will say…and we all know Rebecca is responsive when feedback is given…
