I really like the way that you phrase this and everything, I thought I would just let you know that this is exactly why us escorts actually need to hold these kind of people accountable for their actions and file complaints with the police and take legal action otherwise they going to be repeat offenders and do it to other sex workers continuously and they have actually been men that have gone to jail and when they’ve come out on bail we have been notified on the website that we advertise on about specific people when they’ve been released to make sure that this particular person does not book us as it’s against their bail conditions ect and the thing is if we just accept whatever we’ve got and walk away then that sets a really bad example and can then make others think that they can also do it to escorts as well and then it’ll be just a continuous vicious cycle that’s the whole point of the New Zealand sex law is to try and prevent these kind of things from happening but unfortunately the stigma around working in the sex industry no matter if you’re a stripper or if you’re an escort a lot of people doesn’t matter the nationality or the sexual orientation or whether the male or female do go in to sex work quite blindly at times which puts them at a really bad advantage to such men like this. that’s why we have legal rights now to file complaints to the necessary authorities and post up on specific websites for other sex workers of their location numbers that they got that they used to contact sex workers on what they look like their age the nationality in order to try and prevent it from happening to another sex worker

There's only one solution to this terrible problem. MisK needs to head to Arrowtown, burst through the clients front door, push him to the ground, and sit on his face with her big bum and furry tail butt plug and refuse to get off until he pays Lexbex in full.

Genuinely I am not one to do that. I wouldn't do that I want my client to have a good service and a good time. I'm not here to drain take advantage of people. I'm taking it as a learning curve. I'm not here to game people I'm fair person. I'm genuine and I should've asked money up front each time I checked your right! I can see my own faults but we live and we learn. Only way is up form here i could've gone about it plenty of diffrent ways and living forward I will be a bit more cautious, clear, precise and to the point. Thank you for everyones input and point of views, will take usefull information and apply when necessary in situations. I am only human and we all make stupid choices from time to time. ❤️

In this jurisdiction, at least, this doesn’t meet the criteria for unlawful sexual connection, or rape. The contracted sexual services were lawfully consented , but the expected consideration was either not paid, or not paid in full. So, your situation is a civil matter involving breach of contract (via non-payment.)

@Jamesboi has outlined the lawful remedies available to you. And, as he has advised, these would entail knowing the client’s identity, and disclosing your own.

Sure, you can disseminate (sorry!) his details through your networks, but (obviously) a new cell number is a mere $20 away, and would substantially obviate your efforts.

As has been commented previously……you were the professional in the room, and the primary responsibility for risk mitigation, lay with you.

As advised by @OldMacdonald, your best course of action would probably be to negotiate a settlement for a lesser amount.

Recently went through something similar but he said he wouldn't pay because we'd do an "exclusive arrangement" after the meeting, dumb of me to go through, I know. Made him sign papers that if the arrangement doesnt go through he'd owe me for the work I did. Message me if you can provide numbers for everyone you may need help with, I am worried it may be the same person, these men need to be held accountable.

There is no crime here, therefore the police AREN'T going to attempt to prosecute the client for non-payment for services, he will dispute it and it's a bun fight from there on in and as I said its not a crime. The lesson is do the paperwork first and every punter reading this will agree

Personally id sell the debt to "some organisation more appropriately skilled in debt collection" but you may only get about half what you're owed from the client, and you will only get that after they collect (and thats the honest ones) lol
