Hope you guys can help me out. I'm planning my first punting experience and have settled on SL.

Here's the thing though. I've dealt with anxiety and low self-esteem during my teens and twenties which is getting better, but can still creep up every now and then. This combined with restless thinking and not being sexually active for a few years could result in some performance issues I'm afraid.

Can anyone recommend a girl at SL Hamilton (or any other SW) who's down to earth, fun, and eager to please.

Or do I perhaps get an SM from Lana first to ease into it.
 
Lana is great and would be a good Start.
As for SL Amaia is worth waiting for, Super friendly, would be hard to feel nervous around her.
 
Alyssa is the perfect girl you're looking for there. So much fun and a great personality.
Another good one is Angel who makes you feel like you're her boyfriend right away.
I've also discovered another gem last week. Ruby. She isn't on very often but she usually only operates in Hamilton SL. She was top notch with a great personality, really animated when she speaks. Gorgeous smile. A lot of fun. She's slimmer than what she looks in her pics. Has been hitting the gym regularly and lost a little weight.

You would be correct! I'm heading over to Hamilton tomorrow. I consider myself somewhat of a Newbies expert, my very laid back GFE style works well for those who are a lil nervous. However, I'm not gonna be everyone's cup of tea and that's cool! Appreciate you thinking of me though 🥰

It's a tricky one!
First step, finding a good match for you worker wise. I would probably recommend going for someone who's not super new to the industry and will probably be more comfortable taking the lead.

I'd also recommend booking at least an hour. An hour gives plenty of time for the nerves to settle and to relax and enjoy the moment a bit more. The brain to boner relationship can not be understated in importance, if you're feeling uncomfortable or under a lot of pressures things won't run very smoothly!

Lastly, expectations. As a worker, we don't want or need you to perform in a certain way. As long as you're hitting the bare minimums such as being nice and having decent hygeine, our priority is you walking out with a smile on your face. Don't put too much pressure on yourself and on the inverse, try not to decide what the booking will be like before you go. A good experience will shape itself exactly as it needs to with just a small amount of communication on both sides. Don't be afraid to ask questions or make requests (within reason). And mainly, just have fun and enjoy the moment!

Oh and additional advice, make sure you're certain about what's included before you get down to business.

I call it my mullet philosophy, business at the front and party at the back yk. Make sure everything is clear beforehand because nothing kills the vibe quite like realizing something you wanted, kissing for example, isn't included in the service and you have to put the steamy time on hold to discuss money and make payment.
