Covered blow job risks

I was at a well known asian establishment yesterdsy and received a covered blow job, however when I looked over there was a lot of saliva on the condom and she licked my balls. I am now concerned about Hiv should I request PEP from the Dr? I also read afterwards that the girls perform unprotected BJ at that establishment. Advice appreciated.

You are overthinking it. You have the same risks with open mouth kissing and saliva transfer.

I have been at this for a while with a lot of different ladies and have NEVER had any issues of any kind, open mouth kissing and skin on skin oral.

Either enjoy it, or if you are paranoid about health concerns then I suggest you might be best placed not seeing sex workers.

Hey brother, the likelihood is low, but it's good that you're thinking about it- even if you are probably a little paranoid.

There's no downside at all to getting regular sexual health checkups and Prep isn't a bad idea for anyone who is very sexually active, so if it makes you feel safer you should hit your doctor up about it.

If you are having any kind of sex you should be getting tested regularly. Most workers get screened once every 3 months for swabs and 6 months for bloods - and obviously get tested 3 weeks after an incident if it occurs (like a broken condom etc.) as that’s the incubation time for swabs (and 3 months for bloods). Also if you’re concerned, I’d recommend seeing workers who are reputable and insist on using protection for all services to mitigate risk. SWrs as a population have a far lower rate of STIs than general population as we are meticulous about our sexual health.

You could stick to mutual masturbation with no kissing until you have (no) results back, but it's not like you just got a ǸBJ. Twice now I've had a girl start a ǸBJ without asking, too quick to stop her right away, and both times it's abstinence until I get the all clear. I have a low appetite for risk, but even if you have a higher appetite, your future playmates might have a low appetite for risk, so it's just good manners.

Put it this way: You don't want to let it slide, and then have to make that call to everyone you've seen since if it goes south.

Others have said good stuff. The other thing is to stick with a reputable agency where you will be a little more confident the girls are being screened and are healthy. Rather than some independent worker who plays by her own rules.
I guess a lot depends on how much you're paying too. Are the cheaper ones more risky? Mmmm. Who knows?

You absolutely do not have to be concerned about HIV, unless that saliva was mixed with massive amounts of blood and leaked into your butthole or something, which would have been fairly obvious. The same goes for women crying, pissing, or sweating on your cock.

That's not to say that it's impossible to catch gonorrhea, the clap, HPV or even syphilis this way. But you will absolutely not catch HIV from a covered blowjob where the condom and your balls had saliva on them.
