Just to play hookers advocate here, the reasons you've provided for your suspicion that she's post op aren't very convincing imo.

A lot of escorts wear wigs for one for a number of reasons. Privacy for one, to be less recognisable from their pics. To fit more conventional beauty standards if they have brightly coloured or short hair in their day to day. Maybe they just like to change it up daily or recently got a wack haircut.

Also, a vagina not being tight is not an indicator of someone being post-op. Due to the nature of the procedure and follow up medical care required it would more likely be the opposite.
