WeChat, as a service hosted in China, is subject to occasional 'censorship', when reports have been made. More to ensure that they don't deal with the government censors, given prostitution is technically illegal on the mainland, rather than because the CPC actually considers it important to cockblock you from banging Chinese ladies who've come over for a couple weeks on a tourist visa.

I've never heard of WeChat actually disabling accounts for people communicating with escorts/agencies. Basically, it will just be a matter of waiting until they shift to a different phone # for their WeChat (if they haven't already). Or, as others have suggested, Telegram or WhatsApp should be more stable.
If you really need to keep stable monitoring on one of these Chinese agencies in Auckland, just try and stick to them on a couple communication methods, Telegram & WeChat for example. They aren't going to get taken down on both simultaneously.

WeChat accounts and messages heavily censored and spied on by CCP. I've said dirty things to some Chinese WGs on WeChat, and they've replied asking me not to speak like that on WeChat out of their safety. It's just the way it is. I have my regulars personal WeChat so don't need these shop's account.
