Anyone managed to get *** on the downlow at debs? Or know if it’s something that could potentially be offered at masseuse discretion (just not advertised)?

******* oral is acually pretty common in NZ. And technically law is a little vague in some regarda...

A person must not provide or receive commercial sexual services unless he or she has taken all reasonable steps to ensure a prophylactic sheath or other appropriate barrier is used if those services involve vaginal, anal, or oral penetration or another activity with a similar or greater risk of acquiring or transmitting sexually transmissible infections.

For starters how do we define "reasonable"? What happens when the condom is accidentally swallowed by the sex worker and she has no more. Or if she has an allergic reaction to synthetic rubber products?

There are alternatives to latex for those who are allergic (the law states any other appropriate barrier).

I read the law differently. If you cannot provide safe sexual practices, then refrain from doing them (both the client and the sex worker). The law is not vague as you mention.

It is reasonable to use protection when it is provided free of charge by NZPC and there is really no excuse for not using protection for the safety of the client and the sex worker.

Perhaps also quote the entire law instead of one sub-paragraph.

Sex workers and clients must adopt safer sex practices

(1)
A person must not provide or receive commercial sexual services unless he or she has taken all reasonable steps to ensure a prophylactic sheath or other appropriate barrier is used if those services involve vaginal, anal, or oral penetration or another activity with a similar or greater risk of acquiring or transmitting sexually transmissible infections.
(2)
A person must not, for the purpose of providing or receiving commercial sexual services, state or imply that a medical examination of that person means that he or she is not infected, or likely to be infected, with a sexually transmissible infection.
(3)
A person who provides or receives commercial sexual services must take all other reasonable steps to minimise the risk of acquiring or transmitting sexually transmissible infections.
(4)
Every person who contravenes subsection (1), subsection (2), or subsection (3) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.

of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011 (2011 No 81).

Nothing you have stated there really changes my point. It is open to interpretation. Number 3 for example could be done with a visual health check, kind of like they do in Aussie. Regardless this has been discussed so many times on here I don't know why we need to get into it yet again.

Why does it bother you personally what other working girls do behind closed doors? Are you scared they are going to take all the business?

Me personally I really love recieving a nice ******* bj with mouthburst. And thankfully I have a couple of sugar babies that are very happy to do that for me. CBJs do nothing for me, I rather they just remove it and give me a hand job.

Johnny you are correct in saying that this has been rehashed so many times. But forums are generally for commenting on, are they not?

But making assumptions that I am bothered by what others do, or being scared shows your immaturity and ignorance.

The promotion of unsafe sex practices on public forums are irresponsible.

You do you though, it's your health and your life and I couldn't care less about that. 🤣

It always seems to be the old kiwi working girls complaining about it. It's as if they are frustrated in their lack of bookings and are looking for something or someone to blame. Why don't you complain about all the Asian escorts working here illegally while you are at it. The young attractive working girls don't complain about it on internet forums, they are too busy with all their bookings. I'd wager some of the complainers were probably working in the sex industry when it was still illegal.

I liken this kind of complaining behaviour to that of the old street hookers that would use physical violence and intimidation to chase away young hot working girls from the pickup spots on K' Road or Hunters Corner because they were snapping up all the customers.
