It can mean anything depending on the SWer or agency, always discuss what specific services are provided before deciding to upgrade to a vip, some provide good services and others are lazy and charge you a vip price for a normal root and pretty much nothing else, rule of thumb is to do a 1/2 hr basic booking first to feel someone out before deciding if they are worth handing over big lumps of cash too

It varies by SW.. In my experience the Standard service wont include whats listed as ''extras''.. Sometimes things that should be standard are extras in standard service. You will have to pay $50 extra for some things. Unless agreed upon before. you can expect light kissing, CBJ, Sex and one shot.
GFE/VIP/PSE unlocks some or all of those extras,, I usually pay the VIP rate if the girl matches her photos. I always clarify if we can do A<B<C at the paperwork stage.

Differences between services vary amongst SW. everyone has their own definition. What was GFE a couple of years ago is now GFE plus extras. Some GFE now is the same as basic a few years ago.

This is a good question!
A good rule of thumb that I believe in and adapted throughout the years is through how a SW advertises her service.
If I see standard service is x amount and then the GFE is standard service + x amount.
Then GFE and kissing is standard service + x amount + y amount.
Then PSE is (x + y + z) (you get where I'm going)
I'm immediately no longer interested in pursuing the booking and I move on no matter how good the photos and advertised service are.
I think a lot of ladies these days try and pull every dollar they can (understandably from a service provider point of view) and they do that by individualising all their services where a punter is forced to pay 1.5-2x the rate from what the service was previously many years ago.
As Hornybutbroke has rightly pointed out the definition of GFE appears to have changed and not for the better imo, but in a way that a provider can monetize to maximum efficiency while providing the same service.
Quite sad and I will purposely choose or deny a potential SW experience based on these factors. If she seems money hungry by individualsing her services and turning what would have previously been a $300 GFE into a $500 GFE due to her individualized services, I'm lead to believe she won't be as authentic as someone who provides a fully encompassed original defined SM/GFE/PSE (not saying it can't exist as an amazing experience, but my concern is her view of money rather than creating a possible regular from a fantastic service).
Just because some SWers are expensive, doesn't make them any better than reasonably priced ones if the same effort is involved in the booking.
Id actually be curious if SWers who have drastically increased prices for the same service get less bookings now?

One thing is certain, you will pay more money.
Services... I just ask outright while making the booking. Bear in mind you are likely speaking to someone other than the lady so double check when you're handing over the money. Even then you might not get what was advertised as the lady is having a bad day, doesn't like you or whatever.

x2 mate, even after sorting out the services you're looking for and agreeing by txt you always re-confirm everything in person with the lady before parting with the cash
so its clear what you are and are not going to get, and if you're communicating via a translation ap make sure you use lots of hand gestures to gain agreement

So true. I be had fingering included in GFE the last few years. Lately $50extra. Most recently was $200. Some are saying no fingering. It’s making me think with tighter funds all round that the 30 min punt when it’s straight Wham Bam - Thank you Mam is what they are driving the market too.
