Where I find negative reviews most valuable are constructive comments detailing things the provider can and should control like misrepresentative advertising (B&S, services not provided, person nothing like photos including age, etc), bad attitude, lack of enthusiasm, bad hygiene and grooming, booking time truncated, provider on phone or wasting time, shoddy location and facilities etc.
