Do you guys feel weird about seeing a SW who has a BF?

Almost certainly lies but one mentioned how her partner had no idea, would not agree, and was working late at the time (like a 9pm booking).

Not in the least , how she lives her life outside of the booking is her affair . Whether she has a boyfriend , girlfriend , multiple partners or makes love with her pet snake or cockatoo doesn't matter . Assuming they have a balanced relationship, good on him/her for being so understanding and supporting.
 
Hmm sort of. Early this year I had s session with a very attractive young girl in one of these Auckland agencies.

Absolutely correct that she should decide what services she is willing to provide. Given FS was clearly on offer and thats a pretty standard position she possibly should have told you at the start of the booking but probably no huge deal.
If you wanted to think about it from a psychology perspective perhaps not being on top allows her to justify SW as perhaps she views other positions - missionary, doggie etc as you fucking her rather than her bouncing on you which could be thought of as her fucking you - I would be concerned that she has low self esteem and maybe even history of abuse. OR hopefully that’s all BS and overthinking it. In any case she clearly decided what she was willing to provide and as long as you obeyed her rules whether it was you or someone else paying her for services it probably makes no difference.
I must say I once left a booking after less than 10min when I sensed that the WG really didn’t want to be a WG from things she said and it didn’t seem right despite her almost begging me to stay. (Obviously didn’t ask for or take any refund).

To be honest, no.
Her life outside of our booking is entirely her business, and at the end of the day, it is just a job.
Also it would be a bit hypocritical, if I have a partner (and the amazing lady that I see on the regular know that I do ... sometimess even asks how my partner is doing, after the act while we're having a convo), then who am I to judge her decisions.
If she (whoever she is) wants to stop being an SW because she doesn't like the aspect of having sex with peoplee other than her partner, that's cool too.

I just felt somewhat shameful that I paid for their gf but also felt a bit manly knowing that I banged his gf .. weird mixed feeling haha ..
