Does the "venue" depend if...

Does the venue that you punt in ie the apartment/house or room a deciding factor if you punt there or not?? Recently made a few bookings and then realised when I got there i would need to shower after I had left the place...basically the place is or was a shxthole! Google maps can be useful sometimes but not everytime.

Absolutely. While it does not need to be anything spectacular, some effort into presentation is certainly helpful. But for me, cleanliness is a non negotiable

Venue makes a massive difference on how relaxed I am at the start.

My first visit to an incall I fuck something up and all over the place for sometime. @mandypie5 and Nova are/where great at getting me relaxed so venue not as important. If I don’t like the place can’t relax I won’t go back.

Its why I prefer outcalls specially if over 60min in length. No stress round start/finish times, travel, and getting in. Taking all costs into account an outcall will cost me $100 - $150 more than same person at an incall.

Sometimes no extra costs depending on where and when.
