Quiet out there at the moment? No interest so dropping the rates maybe.
Grannies are a dime a dozen and quality/price varies wildly. If the are advertising at 30+ add 10/20 years easy.
If its 64 Federal its 50/50. I've had a hot young Asian chick answer the door and an old as fuck aunty on the same profile. Only issue is parking during the day sucks ass.
