We all know the routine of looking for the elusive girlfriend experience. It is genuinely surprising when the door opens and you realize you have actually found it. After two dates with Eden, I am mostly just trying to figure out what I did to deserve the company. The result is a level of quiet contentment that is starting to make the people around me suspicious. I sit back and think about her intellect, beauty, how surprisingly easy our conversations are and how easy it is for us to share a level of intimacy others yearn for. There is a distinct sense of completeness when walking away from a date with her. Eden has effortlessly secured a place in a very short, exclusive group of people who make (and have made) the time genuinely worthwhile. One chance is all it took, maybe the next one is yours.
