The "educate yourself" response, while well-intentioned, slightly misses the point. Most punters aren't expecting a biology lesson—they're expecting that if something is noticeably off during a booking, they'd appreciate the option to reschedule rather than discover it mid-session. That's not about understanding female anatomy; it's about professional courtesy that works both ways. We're expected to be freshly showered and presentable—same basic principle.

The review system exists precisely to share honest experiences—good and bad.If negative reviews are off-limits when they involve sensitive topics, the system becomes meaningless.

If taking a week off monthly isn't realistic. But there's a difference between working during your period versus not mentioning something that will significantly impact the punters experience.

It's a service industry. When someone pays premium rates, they're not being unreasonable to expect a certain standard or at least a heads-up if something might affect the experience. That's true in any service business. The "you lot need educating" tone doesn't sit well when the people being lectured are literally the source of income. A bit of mutual respect goes a long way—in both directions.

My issue is the probably untrue/unfair labelling and assertion that its due to a lack of hygiene, and even rating her hygiene 0/10 which is both reputation damaging and stigmatising. When if the OP had knowledge of this condition that effects most women at some stage in their lives prior, and it likely being an actual medical issue and not a hygiene one, and one that men can be party to spreading/creating, his review may have also had a different tone. And potentially contained a bit more understanding. Can we ever really be 'too' educated on how each others bodies work?

She may also not have been aware, or not be educated herself about what was going on. It may have been her first time experiencing it. If she did in fact have poor hygiene her previous reviews would have reflected this. As j0nezT0wn and others stated they have not come across this issue with her, which would indicate it is not an ongoing issue or pattern of poor hygiene.

I have more times than I can count had to gently raise issues that clients may have and may not have been aware of or informed about such as phimosis, skin conditions, smegma build up, Tinea, hemorrhoids, potential ED causes, anal bleeding, enlarged prostate etc, and yes poor hygiene. But never have I done so in a blaming or shaming manner. Bodies are weird and do weird things sometimes. I don't think asking for providers to be afforded a bit of compassion is a bridge too far. But I have been beating this same drum for so many years now I really should just accept that for some, it really is never going to happen.

Regular punters will have in all likelihood have had countless fantastic bookings with escorts on their periods and have had no idea whatsoever.

I am a huge fan of Erin and have recommended her to many people.

Yes she appears to have had a bad day but at the end of the day we are paying for a professional service and have a reasonable expectation of receiving that. Nothing wrong with respectfully sharing an experience that wasn't up to that standard.

We may be talking past each other as i don't think anyone is saying that the SW has the issue because she is not hygenic. They are saying that it's unhygienic to continue offering services prior to a full recovery.
