Do you have any examples of people you used to see to get an idea of what "good" looks like?
In Wellington I look to the independents working out of here:
I have had a few short messages with Jazmine; never met up but she seems nice to talk to over text.

Agreed wellington use to be good with escorts. Now not so much imo.
Bedroom definitely worth a shot

But both at the higher end for $$$. But it's worth it if you can, or save a bit to treat yourself
I've not been disappointed at these two establishment compared to the below:
Iescape unless you are a regular prepare to be denied from any new escorts. Not even bedroom or funhouse do this. iE with it's weird vetting process. My experience here is hit and miss and have not been back in ages.
Pillowtalk, worth a shot. Lucky dip kind of place. Imo, not the most discreet, customer service can be lacking from reception and some escorts, and they have a bad rep in the media. Prices add up to the same as the above mentioned establishments, once you add all the extras on.
Oh how I miss paradise club... Was my go to before they shut down.

I don't visit iescape that often (<10 times in last 3 years ish) but I don't think I've had any issues. I guess if you are clean and polite they remember.
I've only tried 1ns, iescape and PT but iescape is my favourite
