@Harryb - it doesn’t matter which agency it is, end of the day it’s just a transaction between the business owners, will not effect anyone of us. But yes what it appears to be is a very odd asking price in this kind of market, economy! Won’t be surprised to see a private deal closure to make it afloat

In the present economic climate, for a sustainable business - time is not far when we could see amalgamation of smaller business’ operating as one! Also makes sense since quite a few service providers (WG’s) are hopping from one agency to another. Lastly, if there is no repeat business - sustainability is a big Q? Hence it does make sense sooner or later we could see more of these happening - with no surprises!
