Inflation as with all industry and every part of daily living, seeing a WG is getting more expensive now just like NZ produced butter selling for 10$ a block.
Apart from Asian WGs around 200$ ( Which lets be honest, most of them are b&s old Asian aunties/grandma), almost all WGs are charging minimal 250$ (getting rare) if not 300$ per hour now, had a look in Dunedin NZG today most are 400$ an hour.
Is anyone is really affordable to see WGs regularly?
 
If u have the money it’s probably not effecting you and those dudes probably aren’t on the forums. It probably still is cheaper than a GF or a wife. Wifeflation is also real. Precovid it was about 250 - 300 for an hour with a non Asian. And Asian was about 160. Prices have probably gone up a 100 across both. I think now i prioritise an agency booking over trying to find a cheap price. Yes there are gems but in the end u probably end up paying a bit more chasing a few cheap punts then going with an agency where the odds are a bit more in your favour.

I know of people who lose thousands of dollars to gambling every week while being able to sustain that level of loss.

Would be so much more fun to spend that much on escorts every week.

You'd be having sex with different beautiful women all the time instead of sitting around in a gloomy room with mostly men or sitting at home on a computer. All while sending the money to people who deserve and need it more than the shareholders of a gambling corporation.

not the gambling part for me, but i was at a point two weeks ago where i was spending close to $500 a week on just smoking & another $500 on going out and wasting money on overpriced beers & shots every weekend

Now i just use half of that for having a good time with a sexy lady & put the rest away for the international fun times when i plan to go out into international waters at the end of the year. So far 4 punts i’ve done in 2 weeks & definitely better putting my money there to relieve myself and enjoy the fantasy of a good time with a beautiful woman than smoking & drinking my time away.
 
Yep it's a real thing.
Their costs increase, and since they aren't running a charity, the prices they charge must increase.

I thought a whole bunch of people voted for a walking nutsack that said he was going to fix the cost of living issues, but all he has done is steadily make it worse (for everyone who isn't well to do, like himself).
I'm a normal person that doesn't earn a lot, so punting is a luxury, and I treat it as such ... a treat that if I scrimp and save I can partake in every 6-8 weeks.
Sure it would be nice to be able to do it a little more regularly, but that is not likely any time soon, due in part to the clowns running the circus, so just enjoy what you can enjoy.
But to be honest, if it came to making rent and buying food or punting, punting is the thing that would go (I'd be sad, but priorities are what they are).

But we wouldn't have billions in handouts to the wealthy (ie the guy that runs the country), which is really the only thing that NACTNZF have done in the last 18 months (apart from that little turd Seymour trying to destroy the social cohesion of the country just so he can line his own pockets).
I work in a sector where I see just how much damage they have caused in such a short time.
So being what I have witnessed, Luxon and all his gouls have a special place in hell waiting for them.

I should point out that Labour in its current guise doesn't enthuse me either ... they did too much pandering to people who would never vote for them again in their last term in government.
What we need is a new way of doing things in this country, Greens, TPM, TOP, any of those at least have new ideas.
Labour, National, ACT and NZF all just want the current status quo that has completely failed.

That's my opinion.
But all that is digression from the actual topic of the thread.
 
You're right politics is boring as fuck. Let's get back to what we are on here for.

For the struggling punters. I think the trick is just do a shorter booking time before you start sacrificing quality. Otherwise you can just go on Tinder and fuck fat chicks for free 🤣
