So just so everyone knows. I downloaded the picture (before I realised it was allegedly taken without permision) and hadn't deleted it. But anyway I did a reverse image search and it is a screenshot from a video posted on the internet

So I don't think it is a case of revenge porn and it doesn't appear to be taken without the woman's consent...

Either way the whole episode is pretty bizarre. He may not have even booked Falak... I guess that is something she can determine. Regardless he felt the need to claim he did and post some random photo he found on the internet pretending it was her. Make of that what you will.

Well that's case closed as far as I am concerned. But yes I definitely agree that taking photos and sharing the without consent is highly inappropriate. It was certainly a bit of excitement for a Friday afternoon!

Got to disagree on your "case closed" comment. Clearly there was some intent involved. I agree it was pretty bizarre but @SexForum needs to follow this up.

Oh! and it's not "highly inapprpriate". It's illegal.

When I say closed case I meant...

1. It's clear it's not Falak.
2. It is clear that the photo has not been taken without the premission or knowledge of the woman (since the same women appears in other videos on that site).
3. If it was a case of revenge porn it is a matter for the other website. Usually websites get shut down quick if they have been found hosting videos that have been posted without consent.

And yes... I am aware it is illegal, I was afterall the first one to point out it was criminal and illegal...

If you want to have a big long discussion about the issue of taking and posting photos without consent it might be better to start a new thread in the "General Discussions" category.
