La fleur, Dollhouse charge it as extras most are around $50 but it all depends on the escorts as I've seen as high as $100. Sapphire Blue you can bring your own and I assume you get charged to. Stockings at least for La Fleur are cheaper as well as they're changed separately but again depends on each escort
