If your gums bleed when brushing or flossing, you probably have gum disease.

I’m not sure why you’re pursuing this, are you not proud of your oral health?

My guess is it’s one of the first things a provider - assuming she’s a true professional - picks up on.

I mean, there's 'immediately before' and then there's 'before'.

Whatever theoretical increase to risk there might be from microtears is going to be completely gone after an hour or two. So, have your K-fry, then floss or use an interdental brush if your teeth are particularly British, brush, use a tongue scraper, then mouthwash, and follow it up with more mouthwash later if necessary.

Personally I've found 'maintenance mouthwash' less necessary since starting to use probiotic losenges every other day or so (which have the advantage of having some affect on your mouth fauna, which yoghurt and that which really only passes through on the way to your stomach does not) and non-alcoholic mouthwashes (to ensure the good stuff doesn't all get killed off with the bad).

Yup my original reply was to a punter who was brushing as part of his pre punt routine. I suggested that it's better to use a strong mouthwash instead. It's obviously still important to maintain your regular brushing schedule. Question is what you do within 30m-1h of a punt.

Back to more important topics. Fingering has always been generally unavailable and a extra if it is available. Never assume that it's included regardless of whether it's a GFE or a PSE.
 
Yep, I'm with Shandy re getting back onto the topic of fingering. We seem to have got sidetracked...how unusual.🤣

Fingering is definitely a very enjoyable aspect of a booking from my perspective. Depending on how things start it is a good way to get her warmed up. Some gentle play down there, often at the start she may not be very moist, but she usually starts getting moist very quickly, then finger penetration is easier and her pelvic movements and breathing tell you she is enjoying this. Soon after when she tells you that she wants you to fuck her says you must have done a good job with the foreplay.

As an aside I cannot recall EVER where this was an extra, or only included in VIP. The lady either allowed fingering or she did not.
