"At this time, there is no conclusive evidence that frequent ejaculation reduces the risk of prostate cancer. Some studies have suggested that men with a higher frequency of ejaculations may have a slightly lower risk of prostate cancer. However, this difference appears to be very small."

What research really shows:
  • A large Harvard study (2016, JAMA Network) followed ~32,000 men for almost 20 years. It found that men who ejaculated about 21 times per month or more (roughly 4–5 times a week) had a slightly lower risk of prostate cancer compared to those who ejaculated less (4–7 times per month).

  • The protective effect was modest, and researchers aren’t entirely sure why (possibly due to clearing out carcinogens, hormonal balance, or reduced inflammation).
  • Important caveat:
    • Ejaculation frequency is just one factor. Age, genetics, diet, exercise, and overall lifestyle have a much bigger impact on prostate cancer risk.

Haha, I'm closing on my mid-50s so not really a young man in anyone's eyes.
In order to write my review I'd been remembering the session in detail so this consequence was not unexpected.
Part of being this age is recognizing that I'm writing a reviews not so much to boast about great sex I had, as to look back on years later to help me remember! I download and save a couple of pictures from the profile of girls I've had a particularly good time with for the same reason.

Memories of this sort can be great!

Ask me where I bought lunch a few days ago and what I ate and I'd only be able to tell you because it's usually the same place and same meal. However my memories of some particularly pleasant romantic/sexual encounters even 30-40 years ago remain clear.

I'm a bit older, as my name here indicates, so I just feel fortunate to still experience the tent pole syndrome at all, lol.
