Either your lying, exaggerating, letting the power of suggestion get the better of you or there is some other explanation. If the woman you saw was wearing clothes it clearly wasn't a ghost because you can't have ghost clothes. And I doubt you can have ghost cigarettes either, just like you can't have ghost chips. Also bear in mind that old plumbing can make a lot of strange noises and that cameras aren't 100% reliable.
Just go with "I don't know" rather than "It was a ghost!"

FWIW, I lived in a haunted house for a while. A 100+ yo villa with a cheqered history.
He never did us any harm, but quite a number of visitors to the house were freaked by the happenings.
I caught up with the new owners of that house some years later and without prompting, they asked if I knew about the ghost (which wasn't mentioned in the sale).
I also remember years ago working in Palmy North and going for a booking in a nearby place, Ashurst? Woodville? Shannon? to see a young mum.
It was in a big draughty old house, cool old place. She was a great booking, a horny 20's solo mum who was into sex but couldn't hook up locally because it was a small town. We were going for it on a big bed, I was doing her doggy when a movement caught my eye. The wardrobe door at the of the room was slowly swing open. I freaked for a second, i thought it was a partner or something coming out to get me!

I had items disappear and reappear a couple of times when alone at my last place in Invercargill too, the first time especially was creepy AF. I lived there alone and rented work rooms out but was alone at the time.
Had an incident during a night time booking that scared the shit out of me there too, although it's not as interesting as the OPs post.
About a week before I'd noticed a manhole was open in the hallway where the work room was. We'd had some stong wind so I figured it had been sucked open. I tried to slide it closed but it was really tight fitting and wouldn't go into place. I didn't know how to close it from below without something to grab onto like a handle so left it, figuring it was a man job.
Fast forward and I was in the middle of a booking on a quiet still night. We suddenly heard an extremely loud violent scraping slamming sound. It was so violent sounding we were both shaken. We were the only ones there so I told the client I'd need to go and investigate. When I went into the hallway I immediately noticed the manhole was completely closed again.
I noticed the manhole open one or two more times after that, and would later notice it closed again. I know there was nobody up there, and I'm not saying it was a ghost, I'm saying I don't know how to explain it.
