There is ABSOLUTELY times it’s not only appropriate, but necessary, to complain about your service provider to the company. (That of course not only goes for the sex industry).
As a company - we want you to only have good experiences with us. If you have a below par experience, we WANT to hear about it. The more polite/constructive/professional your complaint is, the better. We of course have to assess the complaints, as sometimes it’s just a salty loser who didn’t get a free extra and is grumpy about it which is obviously BS. But there are times where a lady may not have given a service up to our standard, and we want to rectify that. (It’s such a spectrum though, I can’t just say ‘then we fire her’ ‘then we retrain her’ etc. There’s no hard and fast rule).
