To put it into perspective, how would clients feel if escorts audio recorded you without your knowledge to laugh about it or share it around? Pretty invasive right? Respect for privacy goes both ways.

You have raised some good points Natasha. I can see that you have done your homework on this law.
People are getting away from the matter of well evidenced reviews though. Some might think that to follow this logic to the conclusion that written reports as reviews also invade privacy. I would not be impressed if a girl friend discussed our sex life with any other than me. Loyalty breach, but then when it is a pay service on the free market shouldn't be no need for loyalty.
