Is getting to Vixens in/out discreet? I've never been there and always wanted to - but concerned of meeting other people there.

It's pretty discrete, it's right next to dollhouse and I think la fleur as well. There's also a back entrance you can use. My only problem was the amount of people you see in the inside, pretty sure I made eye contact with no less than 4 people that work there, excluding the SW. That might have been a rare occurrence though.

I don’t like to go to places like this for this reason. I do not feel like vixens is discreet as anyone can pop out into the hallway at anytime. However they try their best to keep men apart.

Use the front entrance, it's more discreet than the rear entrance.
Wear a cap and keep your head down if you want to minimise the risk of seeing someone inside.
