When booking a sensual massage do any of u folks ask the masseuse if they can be more sensual instead of a massage followed by a quick hj? Or do u normally have to pay extra. I've never asked them I just go with there flow
 
It really depends what you are actually chasing - this is pretty vague. I've had like 2 because its close to fuck money.

Depends where you go. To be honest a lot of the Chinese rub and tug shops lack intimacy, unless you are a regular with a lady and form a connection over time. I have lost count how many times I have been lying on a table with an unenthusiastic Chinese girl giving me a plain handjob with zero expression on her face. In contrast with the Kiwi run places like Debonairs intimacy is part of the package, but some girls are better than others and it may depend on whether you click with the girl as well. That's been my experience anyway.
 
To me there are two entirely separate categories. There are the sensual massage shops such as Debs etc where its primarily about sensual then there are the massage shops that offer extras where its generally about the massage with the extras added. With those you just cannot ask for sensual as a matter of course. On the surface it sounds quite sensual such as a naked HJ. But in reality it's only an add on to the massage.

At those places, it is only once you have become a regular with one specific girl that she will be open to ramping it up from when you walk in the door for the overall sensual experience.

In my experience:

Thai shops - proper massage with a few hints, then usually a nice intimate hj at the end, though not much buildup usually. Often Times they will give the hints during the leg/butt massage, that's the time to ask for /confirm extras.

Then they will turn you over and do a stomach /chest massage that progresses into hj.

Chinese shops:
Either
1. A proper Chinese massage (much faster and more rubbing-like than a thai massage, not as nice IMO). Followed by a very business like HJ at the end.
2. The girl has no idea how to massage. So she will give you a shitty massage for a bit then quickly switch to sexy business. These ones can be either really great, with lots of fun play for ~45mins, or shit, they just try to wank you off quick then get you out of there.
