Unless there is a giant neon sign flashing 'girls, girls, girls' (I've never been but I'll bet that there isn't) you have very little to worry about.
You're just a random guy, entering a random building.
99% of people are so unobservant that they would barely even register that you were there at all, and even if they do, they have no idea where you are going or what you are doing.
If it really worries you that someone who actually recognises you might see you and query you (or more likely your partner) just say that you are having a trial run with a therapist and that is where their office is (in a manner of speaking, it is even true, I joke with my regular that she is my therapy ... please note, WGs are not therapists and if you really need therapy go to a licensed professional in the field).
