I think there's going to be a lot of variance. I'm annually, and a few girls have mentioned they're around 4× annually.

The general rule of thumb is to get swabs done every 3 months and bloods done every 6 months (unless there is an incident where a condom breaks or something like that, then you get tested accordingly).
I’ve noticed through conversations with friends that a lot of men in the wild don’t get tested very often, or they rely on their female partners to get tested for the both of them. Men you should be getting tested regularly too! Anyone having any kind of sex should make it part of their routine. Safety is sexy
