Two answers here depending on exactly what your question is, since I saw someone comment earlier in the thread that your question was how do you avoid Sw’er attachment. Now it’s been changed to how do you avoid Sw, I’ll just answer both.

How to avoid Sw’er attachment? Either don’t see a worker more then once OR don’t book a regular worker whom you see two or more sessions in a row (meaning try see several different workers on a regular basis, for instance if you’ve just had a booking with girl 1 then the next time you make a booking with a worker it should not be girl 1. Instead opt for girl 2, girl 3 or even a brand new girl). You can still see workers more then once in general but you HAVE TO also be seeing other workers in between, distance can make the heart grow fonder however when you’re seeing multiple different women in general that helps to eliminate the likelihood of growing attachments since you’re tricking your mind into thinking you have more options therefore you’ll be less likely to focus all your attention on one in particular and subsequently don’t feel like you’re growing an attachment to any one of those girls.

How to avoid Sw (or Sw’ers in general), that ones super easy. Think of yourself just like a child, what do we do with children when we don’t want them engaging in particular activities or getting themselves into trouble? We keep them distracted, present them with new hobbies, enrol them into group activities or sports. Anything that’ll keep their minds preoccupied and entertained, also their energy levels zapped by the end of the day so that they simply don’t have enough time ever to engage in troublesome behaviour or misbehaving. It’s the exact same with you only because you’re an adult so you have to regulate your own self and your life without your parents hovering above you telling you what you need to be doing.
You can pick up extra shifts at work or put in extra hours, start going to the gym or go for a few extra hours more regularly if you already go gym, pick up some new hobbies or old hobbies that you’d forgotten about, just anything to distract your mind and zap your energy levels. Remember that an idle mind is the devils playground 🤷🏼‍♀️
