Yeah couple of mortgage free apartments / homes and doing Airbnb on the side / renting them to girls to use as working rooms. No supercars or anything but did manage to get myself a new SUV , no boat yet, mostly just reinvesting into other ventures.

So you would have been GST registered etc. Did you leave it up to the girls to declare ? No issues with IRD ? Just thinking about the Anti money laundering laws the banks make people go through.
