Do you have your own cleaners/housekeepers for the brothel? Or do you hire a cleaning company ?
Also do you clean the rooms before the brothel opens or at end of the day when the place closes?
I always wondered when the rooms get cleaned and how the brothel is sanitized.

That's a little short sighted doak... Why do girls work at agencies at all instead of going independent. I'm sure Agent47 will enlighten you as well but I do think a guy can still offer some value to a working girl. Security, helping them secure a premise, managing books (actually reply and responding when she's busy in a booking is helpful enough), marketing, driving if doing outcalls. Some ladies are happy to out source some of that just to take off the load. And then there are some ladies that are a bit hopeless and probably couldn't even do it all by theirselves. And don't forget most girls are already giving a portion of their earnings to an agency.
I knew a guy who used to managed a single girl and he was really good at getting her bookings and clients just from networking with other guys he knew. Another guy I knew in Christchurch used to drive a girl too her bookings (she only did outcalls) and wait in the car until she was done which made her feel safe.

I get why working at an agency appeals to some women—security, clean facilities, and clients drawn to the agency’s reputation are real benefits. But a guy managing just one woman? That feels more like a pimp than a professional setup.
Also, I disagree with Agent47’s advice to start an agency, one girl at a time, is feasible (although if he did it, clearly possible). My PA/lover/business partner/ex-SW once brought me a proposal to get into the industry and dominate it. I’m sure it would have worked, except – who needs that headache? So many easier ways to make money.

thanks mate. I dont know much about regrets , i never regretted going into this industry. It wasnt easy, but it was very rewarding.
one thing i learned, never say it wont work until you tried. This stupid random idea to start this business made me into who i am today.

I get my receptionist to do it daily and hire a cleaner once a week to throughout clean the whole place. Cleaning usually happens between 8.30am to 10am before we open.

i used to take 40% cut. i will arrange advertisements , working room and bookings for her.
I used the same % when i opened the business. they don't need the hassle of replying and making appointments with clients. They just go in and do the job.
You are in charge of her bookings, you know how many jobs they make that day, it adds up. extras that she offers is hers to keep, i have no business taking the extra money.

I get what you mean. But it’s not always about pimping or manipulation.
Some girls just want to show up, work, and leave with cash, no dealing with ads, clients, booking rooms, or worrying about safety. I handled all that , provided the place, brought in regular clients, filtered out timewasters, dealt with drama, cleaned up, kept things safe.
If a girl’s making 240 and I take 100, she’s still walking with 140 and zero overhead. No stress, no hidden costs. Some preferred that over going solo. Simple as that.

Just view me as a Sunday Market Vendor instead of PaknSave. Getting looked down for being market vendor but paknsave sells you the same shit, but ok lets glorify them. Poor me. But hey , i ended up with my own "PaknSave" too after grinding out as a market vendor.

Regarding so many other ways to make easier money, Yes i agree with you , if u already have a PA that became your lover and business partner, you already have life figured it out, respect to that. For me it was easier to make money doing this, for you, your strength is on your current business, who are we to say one is easier than the other. Peace brother.

Is it usually the case with extras, that an agency doesn't take a cut? Makes me feel better about paying for extras if the girl gets to keep the lot.
