Hmmm I have actually been thinking about starting a brothel/agency for the past few years so this thread has been helpful.
Creating a place that gives privacy, good money for WG, money well spent for PUNTER and overall satisfaction. Different theme rooms, complimentary drink, private entrance away from public, a support system for WGs and safety for both punter and WG.
Any other ideas/suggestions throw them this way!

I can’t say on behalf of other agencies , but I have never took a cent out of the girl’s extra services.

Not really , it’s still somehow regarded as quite a safe country to run a brothel. Never really felt the need to do that throughout my career, thankfully

This is all well and good, but, in our opinion, the most important thing was attracting good staff. What’s your plan of action there? When we did our thought experiment, contemplating opening a place (never really seriously), we realised that the girls would want to be busy from day one, so we’d need to hit the ground running. For example, La Fleur seems to be successful. They were started (as far as I know) by former Doll House girls who would have had their own custom base, ensuring business from the start and thus encouraging others to join them. I’m sure Lacy’s reputation got the ball rolling similarly at Debonairs in the day.
The point of difference that we had was that we have more fuck-about-money than any competition we might encounter, and personal connections with potential staff. What we could never quantify was: what would the reaction be to a new, well-funded player? Violence?
What do you bring to the table other than good intentions?
Having said all this, I have no actual experience, (nor any intention of getting it), so what the fuck do I know?

started from a motel , i knew they have had working girls renting room there so they are cool with it when i asked them for permission.
Yes i own building of the brothel that i was operating now, bought it on my 6th year of running the business and i still own it today, renting it to the new owners.

this is very important i wont deny it but things don't always go our way. As a business owner we face this issue daily regardless of whatever industry it is. When i get good staff on my roster , its good, we make good money, its not sunshine everyday, thats why we save for the rainy days. But a good receptionist at the shop is crucial, if they are not up to tasks, eg: mistakes on booking , booking clashes, or missing money , dishonest etc then u just have to fire them and find a reliable one.
which girl doesnt? run your ads , don save on ads, if the customers dont text its game over. Time waster texts is still better than no text, at least you know your ads is being noticed.
i doubt it, most owners that i personally know are not like this. Sure there are assholes running this businesses, so does any other businesses but to commit violence? Unless u pimp out their daughter or wife i don't see any potential violence coming towards you. You probably have to deal with pimps going in undercover as a punter to steal your girls over to their shop. I think its very low chance of this violence happening unless you have a very punchable face. Look at NZDAN, he still out and strolling about in public. What is the gangster Uncle Ling Ling gonna do about it? Nothing.

Did you get lucky in business or lotto or inherit your money by any chance? My throughout my life , my circle have always been around businessmen and their mentality of looking at things is totally different to you. So either you are full of shit about being rich, or you got lucky.
This statement you made is what made me have second thoughts about you. About having more fuck about money than the competition you might encounter. Do you know how much the big players of this industry make? You must be super elite level rich. But i am sure any brothers on this forum , if placed in such fortunate financial situation wouldn't think twice about dumping in some cash to start. You must be playing it safe storing them all in your fixed deposit account.

Sorry if that came across badly. No offence was intended; I just don’t have a filter – it’s my white trash upbringing to blame.
However, I didn’t get lucky in business, or win Lotto, or have any kind of silver-spoon upbringing. I was a survivor of a middle-class sex cult who was cast out at 17 and became a street person. Did what I had to do.
I hooked up with a couple and travelled to England, then America, where I learnt to play poker. I’ve been doing so professionally for forty years; and it’s been a fuck of a long time since I didn’t make seven figures. Although it’s not my major source of income.
I have used my gambling skills to trade leveraged financial instruments and once co-owned and managed a very respectably sized Hedge fund. Now I trade privately. I have homes in London, Las Vegas, Herne Bay Auckland and the Coromandel, plus a shit load of rental properties.
So again, I apologise if I offended you or seemed crass. I find your experiences and knowledge of the industry fascinating. Having said that, as you’ve had a go at me, it’s in my nature to fight my corner. I’m probably not someone to have a dick swinging competition with… the 100k you mentioned, would be a piss poor week for me.

no license when i started, first month into it i have been profiting but very little compared to when i owned a proper establishment, most rewarding part would be the money of course, i would be lying if i said "the friends i made along the way".
