Or do you mean charging the girls for the room rental ? It would be 40% from the booking cost, i will do her ads and arrange the booking for her. I do not call that room rental. Maybe some other agencies call it that.

Advice for the girls?
Invest or at least save your money that you make, you are not going to be making what you make 10 years later. I am not saying you can't but majority don't.

How to stand out?
You are the brand of your own business, your image is your business. Invest well in it, hire professional photographers, write high quality and not misleading bios, offer niche services that suits your vibe. Knowing how to make your customers feel seen and wanted, even if its an act. Dont get emotionally involved but still make them feel emotionally connected. Don't lower your price to "compete" , know your worth , 10 clients with lower profit margin can make you rich, but your mental health is not worth it, your service will be shit and you will probably be a dead starfish on bed by the 7th client. Rather do quality service and get returning clients.
Returning clients are the best for tips and "familiar" sessions up until they get too attached and wants to marry you then gets rejected then turns into a stalker full time waiting outside your establishment after being banned by management.

Secret to this?
No secret. Maybe The condom? Use high quality + thin. Better feel for the clients. They cum faster = less strain on your money maker. Some clients lose sensation due to shit quality condom. Then u have to make them hard again. Got clients like that? I would say check the condoms first, most of them are used to fucking their wife raw, that piece of rubber if its low quality, it would definitely contribute to him losing erection, Saving few dollars costed the poor man his dignity as he was sure it was working fine last week with his missus.
That is just my opinion. This has been challenged by girls who work for me and they think its not safe for thin condoms. It will break etc. I don't force them, i only advice.
FYI she was using cheap thin condoms ordered online that took 3 weeks to arrive via sea freight. Whereas I was talking about those high quality ones and always use extra lube when you use thin condoms.

Great advice I think. Agree on sensitivity with condoms that definitely reduces especially as you get older (atleast for me ....should not generalise 😀). I don't bother with BJs anymore due to actually going soft when it is done with a condom. I have one regular girl who I kind of trust and looks after me when I really want one.
