Seems like common sense to just treat a WG with dignity and respect (part of which is not haggling, or intentionally short changing, or any of the other behaviors that have been discussed above).
Here's the thing, it isn't because they are of south asian descent that some of those guys are a55holes, it is just because they are a55holes in their own n a t u r a l personalities.
Every ethnicity has an a55hole element, we've seen more than a few kiwi born and bred a55holes on this forum.
So it isn't that instructions on how not to be an a55hole need to appear in ads in different languages, I'd moot that would do exactly nothing to change the behaviors of those clients for one simple reason, they are a55holes and a55holes don't give a fat rat's about anyone but themselves.

Yes, if the girls don't want to ban an entire nationality of people from getting their service to protect themselves,
then it's wise to have an etiquette section in the languages of the most problematic group of people.
The culture they come from is morally and socially flawed, and their flaws show up when they go to other more

So the ads should have instructions in Hindi, Sikh, English, Farsi, Cantonese, Swahili, Zulu, Portuguese, Japanese, French, German, Afrikaans, hell probably even Klingon, just to cover every potential a55hole client.
But What do you think that would actually acheive?
A55holes aren't known for paying a lot of attention to rules placed on then (look at Trump as a prime example), regardless of what language the instructions are in.
So I'm not sure that your suggestion would net the result that you are suggesting it would.
I think the more likely outcome would be that any client who was already predisposed to being an a55hole would simply take the instructions as a challenge to see just how far they could push it, kind of like a red flag to a bull.
Because as I already stated, a55holes only give a toss about themselves.
'Be nice' instructions will almost certainly not change that.
So apart from upping the word count in ads from a few hundred words to a few thousand, I don't see it working out ... great for the advertising sites I suppose, as they'd have a new revenue stream in charging extra for particularly wordy ads.

There are quite a few people who write about punter etiquette on their site or profile, but it's always in English!
Indian men have a terrible reputation so they need to be informed in their own language.
If there are other problematic groups of men out there, then yeah, have that etiquette page in that particular language as well.
You want to encourage women in this industry to be proactive and take initiative!
It would be sad if more and more women ban Indian men outright.
Wouldn't it be a win if at least 10% of those men addressed their behaviour because they saw a paragraph in a girl's profile
that politely told them how to behave???

Certainly, there are many lovely people from India, but the country has unfortunately been run by a dictatorship of absolutely vile monsters for the last fifteen years or so. I understand what you are trying to say, beyond some of the views of one culture over another that you keep espousing, that I do not agree with on any level.
I've been in very tight spots with people of all sorts of different ethnicities and cultures of origin, and neither of those things had any bearing on the true nature of the people involved in the situation when the moment to shine or be covered in ignominy presented itself.
Race, culture, religion, even politics are not what define someone as being an a55hole, I think for the most part no form of nurture really effects if someone is a a55hole or not, it is pretty much innate.
Some people no matter their skin colour, genital arrangement, cultural background or philosophical belief structure are just programmed at the very core personality level, from birth, to be a55holes, and very little can be done to change that, in my opinion.
However, what you continue to fail to address is my point that a55holes do not follow rules, and often see breaking rules as a sport that they intend on 'winning' (my red flag to a bull analogy).
Again, and try to concentrate, do you honestly think that a worker placing a 'be nice' portion of their ad will/would change an a55hole away from treating them badly?
I don't see any information, or evidence, that it would achieve that.
People on the fence of being an a55hole might have a change of heart if they see such a message (the key word being 'might'), but if the person is a dyed in the wool a55hole no amount of text is going to change that personality trait, it just doesn't.
So can you point to anything concrete that says the kind of messaging that you are suggesting would have a real and tangible impact?

Do you actually think that 10% of a55holes would suddenly reevaluate their life choices if they read a 'be nice' notification?
By the way, I'm not arguing that WGs shouldn't put such a disclaimer in their ad, if that is something that they feel is a thing to do, they should definitely have at it.
And I agree with your point that any improvement is a positive thing.
I just have very severe doubts about it as a hearts and minds type strategy, for reasons I have outlined a number of times now, that you have failed to address.

Culture and upbringing is a much better predictor of a persons behaviour than something hard coded!

Also you have to understand that communicating your boundaries is very empowering! It would put girls in a stronger position to fight against what they think is unacceptable behaviour.
